Bird Food: Bird Food can be returned for refund as long as package is unopened within 45 days of shipping date and by following the instructions on the Shipping documents
Restocking charge: At this time there is NO restocking charge
Cancelling an item: If you decide to cancel, please inform us by calling 866-652-6335 and then return the goods to us unopened and in their original condition. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for items where the packaging has been opened. Please Note: you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
